Who We Are

We are a British developer and two years ago we expanded our operations to include Poland.

In the coming future we are planing to build a network of modern Focus Park shopping and entertainment galleries in the very centres of average size towns in Poland.

Currently six Focus Parks are under construction (the latest one is located in Jelenia Góra), with an area ranging from 30 000 sq. m. to 140 000 sq. m.

The development plan makes Parkridge one of the largest developers and shopping centre owners in Poland with assets worth a billion Euro and 225 000 sq. m. shopping surface.

Apart from shopping centres, the company is also involved in the construction of Multi Parks which are currently popular large European retail centres with chain shops offering DYI equipment, interior design products, household appliances, electronic equipment and sports equipment, as well as service points.
