For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates with 4+ years experience for the position of:
Business Analyst ServiceNow
Industry: financial
Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)
Cooperation: long-term cooperation
Rate: 143 PLN/h net + VAT
Start date: ASAP, max. within 1 month
Remote work: 100% remote
Experience required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of current state ITAM process, procedures, roles and responsibilities, and issues across the Client end-user technology estate.
- Detailed understanding of the ServiceNow roadmap being adopted by the Client.
- ITAM and ITSM expertise for Financial Services Organisation.
- ITAM ServiceNow Technical expertise – Planning, Building, and executing Enterprise Asset Management Module in ServiceNow.
Desired Skills:
- Track record of understanding ITAM across large enterprise organisations, ability to understand and resolve issues and gaps, propose solutions that align with the Client
- Asset Management Objectives.
- Business Process modelling expertise using Event Driven Process Chain techniques or equivalent.
- Organisation and operating model design.
- Qualifications Desired:
- ITSM/ITAM Accredited, ServiceNow Accredited
