We are hiring for one of our clients – a global, Scandinavian, and fast-growing Shared Service Center located in Gdańsk. We are seeking individuals who have graduated in finance or related disciplines or they are eager to start and grow their careers in corporate finance.

Your new role
As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will support a variety of finance operations within the Shared Service Center, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

Your responsibilities will include e.g.:
Processing financial documents such as invoices, employee expenses, and payments
Managing master data and resolving queries from vendors and customers
Supporting account reconciliations and incoming payment processing
Assisting in month-end closing activities and preparation of journal entries
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining data accuracy
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
Participating in process transitions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed:
English (B2-C1 level) and German (at least B2 level)
First experience in finance (internship or junior role) would be an asset
Good command of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment

What you need to do now:
The first three months of employment you will be required to work from the office in Gdańsk. After this period, a hybrid model will apply (2 days of remote work per week).
