We're looking for a Regional Senior Finance Manager who will join our client – an international manufacturing company based in Poznań.
As Regional Senior Finance Manager, you will:
- Manage and oversee all finance operations across production and sales & distribution centres (3 entities)
- Be responsible for the monthly financial closing and preparation of reporting package to submit to headquarter, making analysis and implantation of action for the variation in P&L and Balance Sheet accounts to assure the achievement of the financial planning.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO Europe and CFO HQ.
- Calculate the indirect, direct and withhold taxes and assure that the company is compliant according to the local legislation. Optimize the whole taxation structure by restructuring business internally.
- Transfer pricing calculations.
- Implement the price and counsel policy.
- Control costs related to factory operations and the supply chain.
- Design and recommend strategic initiatives aimed at cost reduction and working capital optimization for the company.
- Be responsible for the relationship with the tax authorities, banks and investment funds.
- Oversee cash flow and treasury operations through detailed management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Identify and implement cash improvement strategies via practical financing solutions, leasing arrangements, or loan development.
- Plan, implement, and supervise the company’s financial strategy.
- Supervise a dispersed finance team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a multinational manufacturing and trading environment; experience working within an Asian business context will be a strong asset.
- CPA, ACCA, or Certified Tax Auditor certification (strong asset).
- Solid understanding of tax law, with robust experience in European tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience in cross-border and intra-EU trade.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, cash management, and foreign exchange operations.
- Proven track record in supervising dispersed, multinational teams.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese will be a strong asset.
