AI Data Specialist with German – On-site Role in Gdańsk

Join an on-site AI data team in Gdańsk using German to label and analyze multimodal content with precision.

What you’ll do:
  • Work with various types of data: text, speech, image, audio, and video
  • Label and evaluate data according to provided guidelines, contributing to responsible AI development
  • Maintain strict confidentiality—user privacy is a top priority
  • Apply sound judgment and logical decision-making in ambiguous situations
  • Switch seamlessly between different task types and support daily team operations
  • Analyze errors, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to enhance data quality
  • Provide on-site support to clarify internal queries and unblock processes

A day in the life:
As an AI Data Specialist, you’ll be responsible for foundational data labeling tasks such as evaluating dialogues across speech, text, audio, and video. Your focus, multitasking ability, and attention to detail will help deliver high-quality results. You’ll join a diverse team working on practical, impactful AI innovations that improve people’s lives. Creativity, independence, and initiative are highly valued.

Basic qualifications:
  • German language fluency at C1+ level
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
  • Strong business writing skills (reports, proposals, professional communication)
  • Advanced reading comprehension and ability to analyze complex documents
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience using open-source resources for research
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business tools
