Your new role

You’ll be the architect of digital storytelling combining AI, creativity, and human insight to craft narratives that connect across cultures and platforms. Your mission: build scalable content ecosystems that strengthen trust and emotional impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Produce blogs, social posts (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), video scripts, email campaigns, landing pages, and product copy
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Synthesia) for ideation, localization, and optimization
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across English, Arabic, and Italian
  • Partner with design and growth teams to deliver unified campaigns
  • Continuously test and refine messaging for engagement, conversions, and clarity
  • Build scalable workflows with automation and intelligent systems

  • Growth in engagement across channels
  • Higher conversion rates through optimized CTAs
  • Stronger brand visibility in AI-driven platforms
  • Reduced production time via AI-assisted systems

Tools You’ll Work With
AI writing (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude), video generation (Synthesia, Descript), planning (Notion, Airtable), SEO (SurferSEO, Clearscope), design (Canva, Figma), analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), automation (Zapier, Make.com).


What you'll need to succeed

Must have:
  • 5+ years in content strategy, storytelling, or copywriting
  • Experience leveraging AI in content creation
  • Strong grasp of psychology, marketing, and cultural storytelling
  • Excellent English writing; Arabic or Italian a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with creative flair
  • Collaborative experience in fast-paced teams
Nice-to-Have:
  • Video scripting or influencer partnerships
  • Knowledge of AI-SEO and structured content
  • Background in publishing, journalism, or brand strategy
  • Familiarity with frameworks like StoryBrand or JTBD
