Order Processing Administrator
As an Order Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders across multiple product categories.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Processing, or Fulfilment coordination

Nice to have:
  • SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excel skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process various types of orders (regular, consignment, e‑commerce, etc.)
  • Verify material numbers, quantities, storage locations, and delivery details
  • Ensure pricing, payment terms, and references align with approved requests
  • Act as the first point of contact for order‑related queries
  • Prepare reports for Key Account Managers
  • Report to the Order Processing Team Leader
