Your new role

• Lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, managing operations in a dynamic, international environment.
• Drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service locations, following a centrally defined integrated template.
• Collaborate with consultants to present innovative processes and system functionalities to business stakeholders, identify gaps, and guide the team toward a successful go‑live.
• Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Plan and oversee data migration activities in close cooperation with process teams.
• Work alongside parallel rollout teams, internal consultants from various functional areas, and external implementation partners within a classically managed project structure.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including program and change management teams, and report directly to program leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA ERP.
• Project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMI.
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects, or contribute significant involvement in at least two to three international rollout initiatives.
• Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience working with international teams and external implementation partners.
• Open, reliable, and communicative approach, combined with strong intercultural awareness and a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
