Location: Warsaw (Hybrid work model)
About the Role
You will lead the design and execution of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organisation. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining market competitiveness, attracting top talent, and driving employee engagement and retention through innovative and sustainable reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and optimise the overall compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitiveness.
  • Develop and sustain a clear job architecture, including job families, levels, IPE evaluations and career paths to support organisational transparency.
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across markets.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive total rewards programs, covering incentives, benefits, salary reviews, and other compensation components.
  • Collaborate effectively with all business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, executing, and monitoring incentive programs.
  • High degree of proficiency in job grading using Mercer IPE.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing total rewards strategies across multiple markets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of local and international compensation regulations.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
