Order Management Specialist Italian & English

Monitor the fulfillment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk.
Location: Warsaw

We are recruiting for one of the leading global companies in the chemical and advanced materials industry. The organization develops innovative solutions used in sectors such as automotive, construction, and high‑performance technical materials. To support their growing operations, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Italian.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order lifecycle — from order entry to final delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
  • Support customers throughout the entire OTC process
  • Monitor the fulfillment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk
  • Communicate with Italian‑speaking customers and internal teams
  • Represent customer interests by managing complaints and delivering professional, timely responses
  • Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
  • Investigate and resolve order‑related issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure proper documentation and compliant document flow
  • Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or sales administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is an advantage
