Are you ready to step into the HR Director function within a well-known global organisation? We are looking for an experienced leader who will take ownership of HR service delivery across the EMEA region and play a key role in strengthening the international SSC structure. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. You will oversee end‑to‑end HR services, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with global standards. The role requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders and offers significant visibility within the organisation. The company offers a hybrid model of work and the possibility to use office space in Wrocław.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR service delivery across the EMEA.
  • Optimise processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficiency‑driven solutions.
  • Monitor performance through regular reporting, analysis, and action planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders by managing service reviews, customer meetings, and escalations.
  • Develop and empower teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong performance.
  • Act as a key partner for various HR initiatives across assigned regions.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional efforts in close partnership with hub leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations in SSC/BPO
  • Fluent English (C1), German knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven leadership background managing regional or global HR teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Expertise in process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in talent development, succession planning, and team leadership.
  • Relevant academic background in HR, Business, or related fields.
