Are you ready to step into the Head of HR role within a well‑known global organisation?
For our Client, we are seeking a seasoned HR executive to assume strategic and operational ownership of the HR function across the EMEA region while playing a defining role in building and expanding international SSC structures in Poland. This role is designed for a high‑impact leader who thrives in complex, fast‑evolving environments and is accustomed to operating at a regional and global scale.
As the Head of HR, you will shape the HR service delivery model, drive operational excellence, and embed global standards across all HR touchpoints. This position offers exceptional visibility, influence, and the mandate to design the HR ecosystem for a growing international structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for HR service delivery across the EMEA region, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with global expectations.
  • Lead transition and transformation initiatives associated with establishing and maturing the SSC environment.
  • Drive process optimisation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement programmes delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Build, develop, and inspire high‑performing HR teams, instilling a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making through robust KPIs, reporting, and analytics.
  • Lead high‑level stakeholder engagement, including service reviews, executive meetings, and strategic escalations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner for regional and global HR initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless cross‑functional coordination in close partnership with hub leadership to support end‑to‑end service delivery.

Profile & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience within SSC/BPO or large‑scale international environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or global HR operations in a matrix organisation.
  • Fluency in English (C1); additional European languages (German/French) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with deep experience in working with KPIs, service metrics, and data‑driven improvement models.
  • Proven track record in process optimisation, transformation, and project delivery.
  • Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Strong background in developing high‑performing teams, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
  • Academic credentials in HR, Business, or related fields; advanced qualifications welcome.
  • Experience executing transition programmes is highly preferred.
