For an international company in the IT sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes in line with internal procedures.
Source and attract candidates using diverse methods and channels.
Recommend highly suitable candidates and maintain accurate records in JIRA and SmartRecruiters.
Build and nurture candidate relationships and grow your IT network.
Stay up to date with sourcing trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor law and B2B cooperation principles.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with labour law and B2B cooperation models.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Experience working with recruitment systems (e.g., JIRA, SmartRecruiters).
