Our client, an international company representing the retail sector, located in Warsaw, is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain and distribution operations across the CEE region. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of logistics processes within a fast‑growing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and optimise logistics and distribution processes on both national and international levels.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of goods flow and timely deliveries across the regional network.
  • Oversee cost‑efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement of logistics performance and service quality.
  • Manage and develop a logistics team.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies supporting the company’s long‑term growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10–12 years of professional experience in logistics, including several years in the retail sector, with experience in managing logistics within the online channel.
  • Proven experience in team management and working in an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of customs regulations, transportation rules, and international logistics law.
  • Strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
