Your responsibilities will include e.g.: Monitoring and reconciling daily bank transactions Reviewing, identifying, and classifying bank movements for correct branches/cost centers Detecting discrepancies, duplicates, errors, or unauthorized charges Supporting communication with banking entities to resolve irregularities Requesting documentation and clarifications from internal departments Reviewing and validating employee expense reports in the company’s expense system Ensuring compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and tax rules Performing monthly bank reconciliations and clearing all pending movements Managing corporate VISA statements (downloading, archiving, sharing internally) Maintaining accurate digital archives of banking and expense documents Reporting irregularities or exceptions to your supervisor
What you’ll need to succeed: Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (min. B2) University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields First experience in finance or accounting (SSC experience is an asset) Familiarity with bank reconciliations or treasury/accounting processes will be a plus Good command of MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of Tickelia or similar expense reporting tools is an advantage Strong numerical and analytical skills Availability for full-time work Catalan is a plus, but not required
