You will be responsible for:
Providing medical expertise in the development and approval of medical and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal SOPs.
Planning, implementing, and assessing the impact of local medical activities.
Building and maintaining relationships with External Experts, clinicians, scientific societies, and other data‑driven stakeholders to understand market needs and strengthen the scientific presence of the company’s products.
Leading medical initiatives such as national symposia and advisory board meetings.
Collaborating closely with Marketing to co‑create and deliver the Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) and Integrated Customer Plan (ICP), using both traditional and innovative (including digital) communication channels.
Designing, launching, and overseeing Real‑World Data projects, including non‑interventional studies, non‑trial activities, Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), and compassionate use programs.
Engaging with key external partners such as scientific societies, regulatory bodies, and patient organizations.
Ensuring adherence to company procedures related to adverse event reporting, pharmacovigilance requirements in Medical Affairs projects, as well as MLR processes for both promotional and non‑promotional materials.
Acting as a therapeutic area expert and recognized peer for External Experts, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support medico‑marketing cooperation and IBP execution.
Requirements:
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar Medical Affairs role (pulmonology and/or rheumatology experience is an advantage).
Previous business exposure (sales/marketing) would be beneficial.
University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biological sciences (MD preferred).
Experience in generating, publishing, and interpreting scientific evidence in line with evidence‑based medicine standards.
Strong business mindset with a solid understanding of marketing, customer needs, and compliance requirements; ability to balance medical and business perspectives to foster effective Medico‑Marketing collaboration.
Excellent organizational, analytical, decision‑making, and strategic skills.
Interest in digital solutions and experience in digital communication.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and lateral leadership skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a team and build networks.
