Business Solution Designers envision and create digital solutions balancing business and user needs, technology capabilities and limitations, common standards and quality aspects, quick wins and future needs. They bridge between Business and Development by guiding both sides towards a solution that delivers business value.

• Coordinate software development process in each phase of software development lifecycle.

• Negotiate with different departments from the client during business requirements' analysis process.

• Act as financial domain expert on behalf of a scrum team, act as a main contact point for business stakeholders.

• Constant cooperation, partnering with others to create, coordinate and execute on test plans: quality assurance testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation.

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, experience with tools to create mockups.

• Ability to conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis.

• Financial Domain knowledge (Payments).

• Knowledge of European Payments schemes (SEPA).

• Knowledge of SWIFT & ISO20022 Messaging standards.

• Strong understanding of clearing & settlement mechanisms across markets is required.
