The role supports the coordination, design and delivery of end-to-end journey programmes and courses, both online and onsite, ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement aligned to Leadership Development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme & Delivery Excellence
· Coordinate end-to-end leadership development journey programmes and individual courses (online and onsite), ensuring smooth planning, execution, and follow-up.
· Support the delivery of Partner Development programmes before, during, and after delivery phases, maintaining high standards of quality and participant experience.
· Create joining instructions and programme materials to ensure readiness and clarity for participants and stakeholders.
· Manage participant communications, onboarding, scheduling, and logistical arrangements.
2. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
· Collaborate closely with programme managers, tutors, administration centres, and internal L&D colleagues across the Company network.
· Act as a reliable point of contact for tutors and participants to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
3. Operational Management & Budget Awareness
· Provide back office and operational support for workshop and programme preparation.
· Monitor programme and course budgets, track costs, and follow up on financial aspects in collaboration with programme managers.
· Balance multiple priorities during peak delivery periods while maintaining attention to detail and cost-effective execution.
4. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
· Collect, evaluate, and analyse programme and course data, including participant feedback and engagement metrics.
· Produce reporting and insights using PowerBI to support data driven decision-making.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working, and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
5. Technology, Innovation & Digital Enablement
· Support the adoption of digital learning technologies and new delivery models.
· Leverage digital tools, AI technologies, and data analytics to enable smarter coordination, reporting, and problem-solving.

Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree – required
· Fluent English – required
· Experience or exposure to Learning & Development, HR, programme coordination, or event management
· Understanding of basic budgeting and operational processes
· Ability and willingness to travel across Europe
· Past international or multicultural work experience – preferred
