Order Management Specialist with Spanish

Dąbrowa Górnicza (Hybrid) – Large international industrial/manufacturing company 
We are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Spanish for one of our clients in the industrial sector. The role is based in Dąbrowa Górnicza and performed in a hybrid model – approximately 2–3 days per week in the office (up to 10 days per month).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, managing daily communication and providing proactive support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensure smooth order flow, and coordinate responses with internal teams.
  • Track orders in SAP, ensure accuracy, prioritize urgent cases, and manage deviations.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee deliveries, and resolve production or order anomalies (surpluses, tolerance issues, old stock, order closure).
  • Work closely with supply chain, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer credit limits, support dispute resolution, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Set up service alerts, review the order book, and anticipate potential issues before they arise.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Spanish (B2 or C1) and English (min B1).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Proactive attitude, agility in decision‑making, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Master’s degree (preferably in logistics, sales, or a related field).
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
