For our client, a leading international financial services provider specializing in investment fund administration and asset management solutions, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Senior .NET Engineer (Cybersecurity)


Work mode: Remote
Compensation: 150–195 PLN/h net (negotiable depending on experience)
Contract type: B2B
Start Date: ASAP (latest possible start: 01.07)
Cooperation: Long-term cooperation (initial contract until 30.09.2026 with strong extension potential)
Language: English C1 (German – nice to have)


Project Overview:

You will be part of a large-scale modernization initiative focused on transforming business-critical applications built on legacy .NET Framework (4.5–4.8). The goal is to evolve monolithic systems into modern, scalable, and secure solutions using Service Fabric and container-based architectures, while ensuring compliance with current cybersecurity standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Modernize and migrate legacy .NET applications to Service Fabric
  • Transform monolithic architectures into distributed, scalable systems
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices aligned with SSDLC standards
  • Integrate secure identity and access management (OIDC/OAuth2)
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Ensure efficient service communication, monitoring, and state management
  • Collaborate with international teams (primarily based in Germany)
  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with .NET Framework (4.5–4.8)
  • Hands-on experience with application modernization, migration, or integration projects
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, including:
    • SSDLC (Secure Software Development Life Cycle)
    • SAST / DAST tools
    • OIDC / OAuth2 protocols
  • Experience with Service Fabric (or alternatively: Reliable Services, Containers)
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and application architecture


Nice to have:

  • Experience with frontend technologies
  • German language skills
  • Background in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud transformations
