About our Client For our client, Kempower—a Finnish company creating the most user‑friendly, scalable, and smart DC fast‑charging solutions for all electric vehicles—we are building a new Finance Shared Service Center in Kraków. We are currently looking for talented professionals who would like to join this newly established financial hub and contribute to Kempower’s dynamic growth.

As an Accountant, you will support AP, AR, and GL activities for primarily to smaller Kempower entities within the Finance Shared Service Center. This role provides broad exposure across accounting processes and includes transactional work, reconciliations, and participation in month-end closing and reporting activities.

The role proactively supports the ongoing development of RecordtoReport processes for smaller entities and contributes to harmonised accounting practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Process AP invoices and employee travel expenses,
• Support AR activities including payment reconciliations,
• Post general ledger entries and perform reconciliations,
• Participate in month-end closing activities for assigned entities,
• Support VAT reporting and statutory requirements,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support audits.

Requirements:

• Approximately 1–4 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, or GL,
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration,
• Experience in an SSC or international environment is an advantage,
• Experience working with ERP systems,
• Good communication skills in English.
