For our Client, we’re looking for a person who would like to join the team as a Associate EMEA Manager (MRO).

In this position, you will be responsible for:

☑ developing and execution of MRO strategy in EMEA
☑ stakeholder management with EMEA Leadership
☑ supporting innovation by leveraging the supplier base, regularly reviewing market developments
☑ Supplier Relationship Management (strategic and critical suppliers in the concerned categories of spend - MRO)
☑ identifying and executing savings opportunities for the category
☑ developing and management projects aimed at reducing the Total Cost of Ownership, and ensure the necessary buy-in of cross-functional teams to implement the projects
☑ identification of short-long term MRO sub-category strategies

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

☑ English written and verbal communication at B2/C1
☑ experience in Procurement for Plant Facilities and MRO
☑ Category Management experience
☑ experience with Project Management
☑ ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities
☑ able to meet published deadlines, flexible work style, timeliness and presentation skills

And it’s even better if you have:

☑ knowledge of additional European languages
