As part of our Clearance & Brokerage Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth customs clearance for shipments, while developing your career within one of the strongest logistics networks in the world.
Start date: 3.11 or 1.12
Location: Cracow
Work model: The first 3 months will be on-site work from Cracow. After that, there’s a possibility of hybrid work-2 days per week from the office.

Your tasks will include:
- Handling client interactions in German, both written and spoken, to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Creating and managing documents related to logistics and transport
- Verifying and entering data into the system
- Calculation of customs and transport fees
- You will work on a rotating schedule, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM (8h per day), including 1 or 2 Saturdays per month.
If you:
- Speak German (min. B2) and English (min. B1) fluently
- Have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Want to develop into an international company in the logistics and transport industry
