Our Client is helping organizations accelerate digital transformation and technology innovation through Global Capacity Centers. We are looking for an experienced Manager to manage company`s expansion in the Eastern Europe Region. You will lead all operations to ensure the smooth functioning of business by working closely with Head Office and managing Polish Team. This role will also be playing important Global role in wider company`s structure.

Localization: Kraków

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing Polish and Eastern Europe Operations
• Managing team of 10 team members
• Liaising with Head Office to implement budgets aligned to profitability, growth and operational objectives
• Effective cooperation with current and future clients
• Recruiting, onboarding and managing employees
• Effective cooperation with local vendors
• Cooperation with the Head Office for financial, operational and administrative matters
• Responsible for supporting new business opportunities in the region
• Active involvement in building client pipeline in Eastern Europe
• Ensure company`s activities and operations are carried out in compliance with policies, local and country / EU laws and regulations governing business operations

Requirements:

• University degree with proven experience as a Country Manager or similar position, in GBC/GCC
  environment
• Experience in Business Development and Client’s engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams
• Good project manager/program manager skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Travel up to 20 % of the working time
• Fluent English
