Customer Care Specialist with French

For our client, one of the most fast-developing company from tourism industry, we are currently looking for ambitious and communicative person on Customer Service position with excellent French skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • contact with customers – both of e-mail and phone call;
  • providing clear explanations and solutions for customers;
  • building and maintaining good relationship with customers;
  • supporting customers during the whole process.

Our requirements:

  • excellent French and English skills (B2/C1 level);
  • highly interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
