Responsibilities:
- managing team due to provide an excellent service;
- building relationship with co-workers, managers, business partners;
- preparing reports;
- supporting teamwork;
- conducting performance evaluations of team members;
- ensuring proper administration of employee documents.
Requirements:
- an experience in customer service area;
- an excellent command of written and spoken English and German (B2/C1);
- an excellent interpersonal and people management skills;
- strong negotiation and problem solving skills;
- ability to manage, train and motivate staff;
- willing to work on shifts.
