We are recruiting for one of the leading global companies in the chemical and advanced materials industry. The organization develops innovative solutions used in sectors such as automotive, construction, and high‑performance technical materials. To support their growing operations, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle — from order entry to final delivery
• Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
• Support customers throughout the entire OTC process
• Monitor the fulfillment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk
• Communicate with Czech‑ or Slovak‑speaking customers and internal teams
• Represent customer interests by managing complaints and delivering professional, timely responses
• Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
• Investigate and resolve order‑related issues and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate data and ensure proper documentation and compliant document flow
• Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak, and good command of English
• Experience in order management or customer operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• ERP system knowledge is an advantage
