For our client, a global leader in the technical/chemical industry, we are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist who will provide excellent support to dedicated customers throughout the entire OTC process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an international environment.
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
- Support customers along the entire OTC process
- Monitor the fulfilment of customer orders and take action when satisfaction is at risk
- Represent customer interests within the company by managing complaints and delivering professional responses
- Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and legal standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Previous experience in customer service (e.g., call center, B2B support, back-office) or working with SAP systems
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High proficiency in English (C1) and Italian (B2/C1) or French (B2/C1) or German (B2/C1)
