Customer Service Specialist with Italian and English

Customer Service Italian English SSC
For our Client who is opening a new SSC in Poznan, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with English and Italian language skills.

Key responsibilities:

    • To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely,
    • Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship,
    • Develop and strengthen contact with new customers,
    • Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement
    • Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales,
    • Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP,
    • Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production,
    • Receiving and logging customer complaints,
    • Process credit/debit notes
    • Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses,
    • Experience with export specifics would be an additional advantage
    • Knowledge of Italian and English at an advanced level (min. B2)
