Foreign language required: German / French / Spanish / Italian
Responsibilities:
Guide customers throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
Track order fulfillment and take proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction
Respond to queries, hande complaints via phone calls and emails
Collaborate with multiple departments locally and internationally, including sales, finance, logistics, and transportation
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper document flow in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Requirements:
1 year of working experience in Customer Service
English - B2/C1
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP system
Microsoft Office (Excel)
German - B2/C1 Nice to have:
OTC / Order Management experience
Offer:
