Global company is looking for a specialst whose primary function will be reporting to DMS dealer support coordinator, the specialist will also be responsible for managing the DMS Integration activities with DMS suppliers in EMEA.

What will you do:

• Review Business requirements for DMS system adaptation
• Request/discuss quotations with DMS vendors for new interfaces or changes
• Follow up on DMS Functional design review and on development on DMS system
• Create the DMS interface technical specification
• Coordinate with DMS for solution test and for release in production
• Follow up with DMS for After go live support
• Support DMS governance team with scoping and prioritization of DMS Integration projects

• Work with dealers, importers, and internal business partners to understand integration requirements and priorities
• Work with internal IT Department to ensure that internal IT Systems provide an integration solution that is in line with the expectation from the DMS Governance team and ultimately the dealers
• Provide excellent support to DMS suppliers in EMEA with development, testing and implementation of DMS Integration projects
• Prepare technical specifications for the DMS Vendors, request and evaluate quotations and follow up on the purchase process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience with IT system integration whereby API’s (REST and SOAP protocol) have been used
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous working experience with Dealer Management Systems is definitively a plus
• You must be well organized, and able to work under pressure managing multiple priorities
• Language skills : Although the primary communication language is English, it’s required to have a good knowledge of German (B2)
