Your new role
Lead the development and management of certain global/regional commodity strategies designed to leverage the collective purchasing power and maximize synergistic opportunities to optimize supplier performance, reduced total supply costs while meeting our technology expectations throughout the supply chain. Ensure commodity plan deliverables meet designed strategies. Negotiate key supplier contracts. Provide global leadership in the communication, implementation, coordination, and enforcement of commodity strategies

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a Manager with greater scope, complexity and criticality.
You will Develop/ Execute GSM operations with RUs with focus on: Governance: Processes, Systems and tools· Supply continuity and drive material cost reduction projects (direct/ indirect) and Define /Align region/ RUs with Global Commodity strategies: leverage and Supplier Footprint Optimization (SFO). In this role you will develop and execute Supply chain decarbonization strategy and support organic growth: EV product lines.

University Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience is needed as well as proven experience in Supply Chain. Ability to supervise a group of mid or senior level purchasing professionals and/or entry level manager. Strong functional and technical Skills and ability to travel 50% of the time. Proficient in English. German language is considered a plus. Ability to provide functional leadership C.P.M. Certified Purchasing Manager is a preferred certification. Automotive Industry Knowledge Preferred
