ERP Solution Architect

For our Client – international construction and development company from Sweden we are looking for experienced ERP Solution Architect (Oracle ERP).

  • Location: hybrid model from Warsaw or remote work
  • Form of cooperation: B2B contract
  • Rate: 180 -230 pln/h net + vat (depends on experience, negotiable)
  • Start date: May/June 2024
  • Team: The ERP Solution Architect is a member of the ERP Management Team and is responsible for ensuring the continuing cohesive and stable design of the ERP system.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a high performing team.
  • Functional knowledge and 10+ years demonstrable experience of Oracle ERP across the Record to Report, Source to Pay and Project to Cash value streams.
  • Experience of designing lean solutions (knowledge/qualification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable).
  • Fluent English: minimum B2 level
  • Knowledgeable in solution architecture and business analysis.
  • Experienced as a solution architect, delivering complex ERP solutions within large organisations and supporting the development of strategic roadmaps.
  • Ability to work and lead others in both waterfall and agile environments, and to understand when either approach is needed.
  • Good knowledge of application testing approaches
  • Proactive and passionate about delivering best practice methodologies to obtain results.
  • A structured approach to work, ensuring clarity of team responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working with stakeholders, and technical teams across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the future ERP strategy and roadmap to support Skanska’s long term business plans.
  • Lead the Functional ERP Team, providing support and direction to team members.
  • Guide the solution design, working with Business Process Owners to provide solutions that meet the business objectives.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for the ERP products.
  • Ensure that changes are appropriately and effectively prioritised, designed and delivered.
  • Assure the quality of artefacts created by external suppliers and the ERP Functional team.
  • Solution governance including alignment with all relevant Design Authorities.
  • Lead the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new features, extensions, and enhancements to the ERP products.
  • Oversee the functional aspects of support and maintenance the ERP solution
  • Oversee regular upgrade and testing cycles
  • Validate the solution design during Build phase
  • Ensure the development of testing requirements and issues resolution during, Integration & User acceptance
  • Liaise with the Business Units to ensure appropriate levels of engagement during the design of the processes, policies, KPI’s and role definitions.
