On behalf of our Client, international company, we are looking for and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting operations in compliance with Polish regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of accounts at month end, checking completeness of monthly files, preparation of payment requests and other accounting documents
• Ensuring all accounting vouchers are correctly processed and authorized
• Reviewing outgoing payments and liaising with other departments
• Issuing internal invoices and managing receivables/payables
• Cash flow control
• Preparing financial reports and documents for audits and authorities
• Managing administrative and personnel matters
• Preparing all financial reports (CIT, Financial statement, P&L, VAT declaration, etc.)
• Preparation and control corporate budget and reserves at the end of the financial year
• Providing guidance and support to business departments
• Supporting sales department with settlements and taxes
• Preparation of payroll list

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Polish regulation related to finance, accounting, and tax
• University degree with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Fluent English is a must
• Good time management - following many issues in parallel
• Ability to work independently and prioritize own workload to achieve company and statutory deadlines
