For our client, a company in the financial industry, we are actively looking for the candidate for the role of Finance Lead – SSC.

Your new role:
As a Finance Lead, you will be responsible for overall finance of SSC – all activities connected with short and mid-term financial strategic plans like creating, developing, executing and managing. As a Senior Management Team member, you will provide strategic financial input on decision-making issues, as well as financial perspective on contracts, which the company considers. You will have full ownership of US GAAP ledger and will be executing internal control activities and SOX Control.

As a successful candidate, you should have:
• 2-6 years of experience in similar position
• Professional working knowledge of English
• Wide knowledge of TAX, SOX Control, US GAAP, Polish GAAP and IFRS
• Accounting certificate (ACCA or other)
• Advanced MS Office skills (including Excel)
• Previous experience in improvement activities
• Ability to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Knowledge of SAP and Coupa will be a strong asset.
• Experience in SSC/GBS environment and people management will be a plus.
