For our client international manufacturing company we are looking for the experienced Financial Controller.

Your new role

• Creating and presenting financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to top-level executives and the Board of Directors.
• Establishing credibility for the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and trends.
• Developing the annual organization budget and individual grant budgets. Coordinating with department heads throughout the year to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
• Overseeing the capital request and budgeting processes, and creating performance metrics that align with the company's strategic direction.
• Analyzing profitability and devising a future business strategy to increase revenue and accelerate operational growth.
• Preparing business plans in cooperation with other departments
• Analyzing of internal processes and procedures for potential improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong financial acumen, including budget control and understanding of manufacturing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
