For our client – an international company entering the Polish market – we are looking for an experienced professional to take on a strategic leadership role in a new project focused on building an advanced Content Factory dedicated to YouTube and multi‑platform video production.

Role Overview
This is a critical position for someone who can combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will design and implement growth strategies for YouTube and other social platforms, ensuring rapid channel development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive growth roadmap for video channels, including content formats, publishing schedules, workflows, and performance metrics.
  • Launch and scale YouTube channels and expand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Use data‑driven insights to optimize performance (CTR, audience retention, monetization).
  • Build and lead an operational team in the next phase (editors, AI‑driven creators, channel managers), establishing clear processes and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with rights and distribution teams to maximise the use of music and video assets.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven success in growing YouTube channels (subscriber growth, watch‑time, revenue).
  • Strong experience with multi‑platform video strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with YouTube Analytics and related tools.
  • Leadership experience: team building, process design, and performance management.
  • Bonus: background in music or entertainment, familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
