Within this position you will be responsible for:
- Leading HR Administration operations delivered to company’s employees on different markets
- Closely working with Global Head of HR Administration on process design and shaping the strategy for the HR Administration processes, set KPIs, SLAs and other metrics
- Leading local HR Administration teams, coaching, oversee teams’ performance, setting and monitoring the teams objectives and development plans
- Designing and preparing training plans for the teams
- Managing complex Employee Relations cases, providing first class employee experience
- Continuous improvement initiatives – improving regional HR policies, procedures and guidelines
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in working as a Manager in HR administration field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, employee lifecycle
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR administration processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Good people management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English skills
