For Our Client, an international Company - GREENFIELD - we’re currently looking for “HR Manager”.
Location – Lubusz Voivodeship
Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the human resource staff
• Supervise recruitment, interview, selections and training
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Mediate disputes between employees and direct disciplinary procedures
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Support and coordination with parent company in China and with the company in Germany about the HR issues.
Requirements:
• University education (B.A. or equivalent).
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, tax and social security issues in Poland.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Fluent business English and Polish language skills are must.
