HRIS & Compensation Manager

We are looking for HRIS &Compensation Manager to join an international pharmaceutical organization in a newly created role combining responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors and Compensation & Benefits.
This is a unique opportunity to shape global HR processes, build reward frameworks from the ground up, and take full ownership of the organization's HR technology landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously develop the SAP SuccessFactors platform across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain Employee Central, including organizational structures, workflows, business rules, position management, and data models.
  • Administer and enhance Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance across multiple countries and legal entities.
  • Develop HR reporting capabilities and People Analytics.
  • Manage system releases, testing, enhancements, integrations, and change requests.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors, working closely with IT teams and external vendors.
  • Design and implement a global job architecture and job grading framework.
  • Lead job evaluation initiatives and ensure consistency across countries.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, salary bands, and compensation frameworks.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
  • Prepare compensation-related analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of reward policies and compensation programs.
  • Support global HR transformation and organizational development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central and practical experience with additional modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Solid Compensation & Benefits experience, including job grading, job architecture, salary benchmarking, and compensation structures.
  • Experience working in an international, multi-country environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • German language skills would be considered a strong advantage.
