Insurance Claim Administrator
As an Insurance Claim Administrator, you will manage claims processing and provide exceptional support throughout the claims lifecycle. You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate insurance claims documentation.
  • Communicate with policyholders and third parties regarding claim status.
  • Coordinate claim investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
  • Support improvement of claims processes for efficiency and quality service.
Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in insurance claims processing is an advantage
