Your new role

• Leading end‑to‑end pre‑sales activities in the SOC/SIEM/Security Operations domain
• Designing SOC solutions, including SIEM architecture, log source onboarding, use case development, alerting, triage, and incident handling
• Participating in the full sales cycle: Deal Qualification → RFI/RFP → Contract Signature → handover to SOC/Delivery
• Supporting technical onboarding of new SOC clients and ensuring smooth transition from sales to operations
• Creating ROMs, effort estimations, and cost models (log sources, volume, SLA, coverage)
• Collaborating with BID, SOC, Delivery teams and SIEM vendors
• Coordinating and supervising responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ
• Identifying technical and operational risks (SLA, integrations, log quality)
• Spotting opportunities to expand SOC services (new use cases, SOAR, threat intelligence, cloud logs)

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Cybersecurity or Security Operations
• Higher technical education (Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields)
• Strong knowledge of SOC and SIEM operations: log onboarding, use case engineering, alerting, incident lifecycle
• Experience in technical pre‑sales and responding to RFI/RFP as an IT expert
• Ability to create ROMs, cost estimations, and SOC service effort models
• Understanding of SOC service models (24/7, SLA, escalation paths, coverage)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and management audiences
• Very good command of English

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic, Chronicle)
• Experience in MSSP / SOC‑as‑a‑Service environments
• Security or SIEM certifications
