Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide first point great customer service
- Responsible for communication services such as answering calls, replying/ monitoring emails, handling maintenance enquires, and this all requires keeping IT skills up to date
- Gather customer details and record information accurately

- excellent German and English level (min. B2)
- highly developed organizational skills
- experience in Customer Service area would be an asset
