Your new role

As an implementation consultant, you are responsible for providing technical advice and implementation services for our products to national and international companies. Together with the customer you realize projects from specification to productive use. The focus is on improving the engineering processes through deployment of our products, integration of various CAD (Solidworks, Inventor) and ERP systems (SAP) and document management.

What you will do:

• Advising national and international customers (mostly from Germany)
• Partner with internal teams, customers and 3rd party providers to provide timely product implementations (from specification to integration)
• Moderation of workshops, user training
• Recording and discussion of customer requirements
• Development and implementation of best practice concepts (installation, configuration, testing, acceptance)

Qualifications:

• A completed business administration or technical degree or appropriate training and qualifications
• 1-2 years of professional experience with a customer-facing professional services or consulting role in relation to IT products that require explanation in a technical environment
• Good knowledge and experience with ERP (SAP preferred) applications and systems
• Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. Solidworks, Inventor, SolidEdge) and eCAD tools (e.g EPLAN).
• Knowledge of product data and document management systems (PDM, PLM)
• Understanding of business processes in machine/plant construction with regard to development and construction
• Enjoy communicating with customers from a wide variety of industries
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ability to travel up to 25%
