Junior Team Leader with German
Associate Team Leader/ Junior Team Leader/ back up Team Leader/ Team Coordinator
For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for Junior Team Leader position.
Within this position you will be responsible for coordinating Customer Service Team – 10-15 people. You will be ensuring the team is properly supporting customer conversations. You will be carrying out 1-2-1 meetings, tracking and reporting SLA’s and team performance, supporting team members.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English and German – C1. Previous experience as an associate team leader/team leader’s back up/team coordinator is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
