We are currently looking for Lead People Services Coordinator with French, who will support our client – a global leader in medical technology.
Lead People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners in a respective region. This position is responsible for complex problem resolution and case management for a designated region. Respective country specifics and basic labor regulations must be known and applied when delivering service.
Your responsibilities:
Manage regional program services (onboarding, offboarding, workforce management, systems updates and reporting; benefits and pre-payroll activities)
Collaborate with respective HR Partners, subject matter experts from CoEs and vendors to resolve and document complex issues raised by employees
Responsible for the management (creation, updates) of SOPs and process maps
Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards
Perform special projects as assigned by the management team
Our requirements:
Fluent French
Advanced knowledge of English language
Possession of work permit in Poland
Previous experience in general Human Resources / benefits / payroll (at least 3 years)
Critical thinking, problem solving and judgement skills
Ability to understand, interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures
Ability to deliver excellent customer care
Service-oriented attitude and willingness to train other team members
Nice to have: experience working with Workday & ServiceNow programs
