Currently for one of our Clients based in Kraków we are looking for Learning & Development Manager.
Within this position you will be responsible for planning and preparing L&D strategy for EMEA region, working closely with key stakeholders. You will be engaged in different L&D projects, implementing new tools, designing and implementing new L&D solutions and improvements. Your duties will also include identifying training and development needs for different teams within the organization, evaluating the success of learning events. The role is individual, does not include people management.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English and strong experience in L&D field. Project management skills or experience are also required. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
