For our client, ISS, a global Scandinavian company, we are currently looking for a Master Data Associate to join their Global Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment where data quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are truly valued.
Your role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across ERP systems, including Vendor, Customer, Employee, and Contract data. You will work closely with finance, procurement, IT, and other central teams, supporting audits, resolving data issues, and improving data governance processes.


Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain and ensure high quality of Vendor, Customer, Employee, Contract and Asset master data across ERP systems in line with internal policies
  • Review, reconcile, and align master data between ERP systems and related sub‑systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Process and control data changes based on approved requests, enforcing data governance and data protection standards
  • Cooperate with Finance, Procurement, IT, Payroll, Fleet and other global teams to resolve data issues and improve processes
  • Support internal and external audits, identify data gaps, errors, and opportunities for standardization and improvement
  • Meet SLA requirements, participate in ongoing and ad‑hoc projects, and build strong relationships with global stakeholders


What we’re looking for
  • Experience in Master Data Management and working with finance-related data
  • Confidence working with ERP systems (e.g. Navision, SAP, Concur, Coupa, Maximo or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data, resolve inconsistencies, and communicate clearly
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive, service-driven approach
  • Very good knowledge of English
