For our Client we are looking for a person to join Order Management team on a Specialist position with Dutch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-end customer service management: overseeing the entire customer service experience, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries and complaints.
Creating orders and maintaining them: accurately receiving and processing customer orders, verifying order details, and managing any necessary modifications.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3PL: ensuring timely order fulfilment, and resolving any delivery issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Customer Service area
Proficiency in English and Dutch
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
