For our Client an international logistic company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a Paralegal Junior Specialist to join the EMEA Legal Team.

Position Summary:
- Supporting the Paralegal team in closing legal cases
- Assist with the editing of various order forms, templates, contracts, NDA and policies
- Communication with sales and pricing department
- Collaboration with business stakeholders on joint processes and projects
- Gathering evidence and preparing legal files
- Working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Occasional ad hoc duties will be required to support the team
- Fluent English (C1)
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Law, Administration, Business Analyst or similar
- Very strong analytical skills
- Willingness to work with sales documentations
- Good self-organisational skills and excellent communication skills, negotiations skills would be an asset
- Business proactive attitude
- Willingness to work in international environment
- Hands on attitiute
