For our Client based in Kraków we are looking for Payroll Specialist

Within this position you will be responsible for:

• Managing accurate payrolls
• Working with other team members to meet payroll deadlines
• Maintaining knowledge of current statutory legislation
• Building up relationships with internal clients
• Opportunities to be involved in company-wide projects
• Dealing with queries via the phone and emails
• Working with outsource provider on expense payment as required
• Managing personal expenses and credit card administration
• Continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous payroll administration experience within European markets
• Fluent English skills
• An exceptional eye for detail as well as a proactive and methodical approach to work
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail across both manual and systems based work
